Stress isn't defined by age, but more upon lifestyle, so everyone needs to take the time to ask themselves: How much relaxation have I acquired today? Taking the time out for self preservation and downtime can be fundamental to one's self and may actually be a key to helping ease the body, mind, and soul. Relaxation can be handled in a numerous amounts of methods. Many tips along the lines of yoga, massage therapy, 30 minutes of listening to music a day can be beneficial to someone who lives an overwhelming life. It's even great to say that a simple breathing tactic can turn your day completely around. In the year of 2016, it's impossible to say that stress can't be tackled. Stress relies on the person and whether or not they are willing to let that stress go. And you can never let someone else tell you that you don't live a stressful lifestyle.
